College can feel like a lot sometimes—classes, deadlines, relationships, and trying to keep up with everything at once. I help students slow things down, feel more grounded, and build practical tools to manage stress, emotions, and everyday challenges. Using CBT, I help students notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns like catastrophizing and self-blame. With DBT, I support emotional regulation, stress management, and healthier relationships. I also use CBTPlus trauma therapy to help reduce PTSD symptoms while supporting students in building confidence, self-esteem, and realistic goals that feel meaningful.
