All clients are welcome in my practice! I see individuals, couples and families of diverse backgrounds and experiences. I enjoy working with clients who identify themselves as being Highly Sensitive, those struggling with life transitions, identity issues, anxiety and trauma.
I also enjoy offering groups to explore the impact of stress on the nervous system and teaching you ways to become more curious and compassionate towards yourself.
