Dr. Rachel Turetzky
I am a postdoctoral clinical psychology fellow at Brighter Life Therapy who works with adults seeking deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change in their lives. I help clients gently explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape how they feel, relate, and move through the world.
I am committed to creating a therapy space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique inner world. Sessions often focus on helping clients better understand themselves, process past experiences, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, meaning, and self-trust.
Asking for help can be overwhelming & difficult. But at Brighter Life Therapy, our goal is to make it easy. Whether you struggle with feeling uncertain about the future or you just need some support, guidance, or motivation, I welcome you to give our office a call and ask to schedule with me!
