Everything has changed so much over the past few years and things feel like they will not settle. It is difficult to find the right way to manage daily challenges and understand how to meet expectations set by others as well as ourselves. Everyone is struggling to manage stress, worry, sadness, past trauma, and relationships. We are all struggling to figure out strategies to manage life as things continue to change. There is no one right answer and my hope of working with you is to help determine your strengths and help you identify the best way to manage your current situation.
My approach is based on each persons needs, abilities and focus. Incorporating creativity, flexibility and awareness, I establish a caring connection with you to build on your strengths and collaborate with you towards meeting your goals and living your life in a way that is meaningful to you. I incorporate my trained therapy dog as part of the sessions.
