Are stress and anxiety are getting in the way of the life you want to lead? Do you feel tense, overwhelmed, and stuck in your head much of the time? Maybe you struggle with physical symptoms like headaches, insomnia, and digestive problems. But you don't have to live like this forever! The right treatment can help you move beyond the fear and worry that is holding you back. In therapy, I can help you understand how anxiety hijacks your brain and body and how you can stop it from getting the upper hand.

Through evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - the "gold standard" of anxiety treatment - I help people overcome panic, worry, phobias, and OCD. I use honesty, humor, and compassion to help you develop the skills to break the cycle of worry and ultimately realize a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

My treatment approach is based on your needs, working together to identify and achieve your goals. You don't have to keep struggling on your own.
