Rachel Perez
I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician that has a passion for helping people that want to learn how to better navigate their emotions in a healthier way, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and improve their relationships and quality of life. I specialize in working with people who struggle with low self-esteem, substance use, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and that have experienced traumatic events. I also help people who are struggling with cultural issues and generational trauma.
Through a genuine and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for my clients to explore their deepest fears and vulnerabilities. I will assist you in navigating your complex emotional terrain and empower you to reclaim your life and develop healthier coping mechanisms through evidence-based techniques.
I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to equip you with the tools that best fit your specific needs. I strongly believe in the transformative power of holistic health and approach each client with a comprehensive perspective. Together, I hope to embark on a collaborative journey, exploring your inner self and accompanying you on the path of transformation
