Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, Registered Play Therapy, RYT-200, RPT

As a therapist, I my role in working with clients is to support them in gaining the confidence to find their voice and to move from this space with purpose and compassion. I am a space holder, compassionate witness, boundary-lover and hopeful human. I love emerging adults and believe they are insightful change-makers who are creative, intuitive, and independent. However, they can also feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, anxious, and alone when trying to understand themselves and how they fit into this world.
The adolescent mental health crisis is real and we must act quickly and with care. As an teen therapist, I my role in working with teens is to support them in gaining the confidence to find their voice and to move from this space with purpose and compassion. I am a space holder, compassionate witness, boundary-lover and hopeful human. I love teenagers and believe they are insightful change-makers who are creative, intuitive, and independent. However, they can also feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, anxious, and alone when trying to understand themselves and how they fit into this world.

I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable taking your shoes and your (metaphorical) mask off. My job isn’t to make you talk about all the hard stuff; it’s to provide a space for you to learn about yourself - so the good parts can shine through and the parts that are telling you that you’re not good enough can give you a little more space.
Being a human is HARD and being a college student can feel even harder. I view my role as a therapist as an immense privilege and am inspired every day by the people who I have the opportunity to get to work with. I encourage you to visit my website to learn more about me, my approach and to schedule a FREE consultation call.
