I believe therapy is most effective when the therapist and client work collaboratively as a team to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we work toward meaningful growth and healing. I specialize in working with college students and adults who are navigating low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.
