I provide inclusive, affirming therapy for individuals navigating identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My practice centers neurodivergent, grievers, LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, and anyone who’s ever felt like the “only” in the room. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself - messy, brilliant, questioning, and human.

Using a relational, trauma-informed approach, I work collaboratively to help you explore your experiences, reconnect with your values, and build a life that feels meaningful and grounded. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, or just trying to figure out who you are, you're not alone - and you don't have to do it alone.
