Taking the step to start therapy shows incredible courage and strength, and I’m here to support you through it. I create a warm, welcoming space where you can reflect and heal, whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, or the ups and downs of life as a student.

My approach is all about collaboration—working together to understand what you're going through and identifying your strengths. College life can be overwhelming at times, and therapy is a chance to unpack those feelings, make sense of your experiences, and find your way to a more balanced, empowered you.

Whether this is your first time or you’re experienced with therapy, I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit. Let’s work together to help you navigate this chapter and create meaningful change for your future.
