Rachel Gill
Hello,
My name is Rachel Gill, I am a Private Practice Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. I have a private location in Buffalo where I have my physical office, and I also do telehealth video sessions, where I can see you any day, anytime. I have been in practice for over 16 years and I can assist in all areas of mental health, seeing ages 5 to adult (individual, couples and families). I have a passion for my field, and love to help guide others to improve their lives. I operate in a personalized, eclectic form of therapeutic interventions. Life is a work in progress, having a positive, nonjudgmental, safe place that is therapeutic outlet can bring healing and happiness.
I have an extensive history of working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient services, hospitals, and residential settings. I have experience with all Mental Health diagnosis: (Bipolar, ADHD, Social Anxiety, Eating d/o, Addictions, Trauma/PTSD, schizophrenia, personality d/o, etc) and all dynamics in one's life: (family/relationship/social stressors, hoarding, grief/loss, anger management, parenting, family conflict, disrupted parent/child relationships, co-parenting, all gender related topics/aspects/dysphoria). I work from a strengths-based perspective and implement evidence based model strategies based on the need (CBT, Art therapy, DBT, Schema Therapy, OCD treatment strategies)
The link to my portal is available for scheduling, as well as reaching out to me directly, 716-202-8854, where I can assist with scheduling and any questions.
