Psychologist
Accepting clients Last Updated 3 days ago

Helping my clients navigate the personal issues that bring them to therapy is a privilege I take very seriously. My clients are willing to team with me to develop therapy goals and work with me to reach those goals. While I have expertise in working with a wide-range of mental health problems and stressors, I believe that therapy requires active work on the client's end as well! I view improvement as a team effort. Please see my website for more details about my services and philosophy.
I specialize in working with adults to age 35 and adolescents who have anxiety, depression, and have experienced trauma. I primarily utilize a CBT framework in therapy and incorporate other evidence-based treatment techniques such as DBT and ACT.
