Rachel Duda
I provide individual psychotherapy for late adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of clinical presentations and backgrounds. I practice from an integrative lens utilizing a variety of theoretical perspectives, with the goals of fostering a collaborative and authentic therapeutic environment to meet the individual needs of my clients. I have more specialized experience with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, family of origin concerns, college mental health, and trauma/PTSD.
My style is warm and engaged, holding an accepting/non-judgmental stance. I draw specifically from humanistic, relational, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to support my clients in enhancing self-awareness/insight, reducing distress, and ultimately achieving a greater quality of life.
