Accepting clients Last Updated 20 days ago

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families to overcome issues that are creating distress. I utilize a collaborative and compassionate counseling style, empowering you to create a more balanced and satisfying life. I offer a safe place to share feelings, discuss problems, build emotional strength and resiliency, and gain some perspective on the issue at hand. I have experience in a variety of settings from outpatient counseling to residential treatment. I utilize multiple treatment modalities in my daily practice based upon your individual needs, personality, and background.

I offer CBT and DBT to create coping skills for anxiety, panic, obsessive thinking, and emotional distress. I am trained in EMDR therapy trauma treatment. I assist clients in connecting to accessibility services in school and ESA needs. I will work with you to foster hope, develop meaningful relationships, recognize your strengths and develop self esteem.

The first step toward change may be daunting, particularly if you are new to counseling. Ultimately, it will be an integral part of building perspective, coping skills, and self esteem. We will work together on your chosen goals. Your strengths, challenges, and values will be respected throughout the process.
