Going to college is equal parts exciting and terrifying. During this time in your life, you will be facing new challenges mentally, socially, and academically. I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they cope with these challenges. I focus on my clients' strengths, and we build upon those strengths to help them find out more of who they are, build confidence, and find healthy ways to cope with the many changes that come with going to college.
I provide telehealth sessions and am located in Pittsburgh, PA. I have availability on weekdays with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I have experience supporting people going through life changes, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, grief/loss, ADHD, autism, and those who identify as LGBTQ+. At this time, I am only able to accept Medical Assistance (Medicaid) for Allegheny County in Pennsylvania.
You are the expert on yourself, and with my training in mental health counseling we work together as partners to help you uncover the best you that you can be!
