Rachel Boots
Warm Welcome!
I have nearly two decades of dedicated experience in providing therapy, and over 40 years of life experience, with the highs and lows of being human.
Having been a high-achieving student of many years and often critical of myself, I am particularly attuned to the specific needs of students. I have also had my own journey with neurodiversity and ADD.
My primary goal is to create a compassionate space for you to move forward in a journey of health, stability, and independence. I believe in a collaborative approach celebrating the strengths you already have and discovering the ones you have lost. I primarily utilize a psychodynamic structure, leaning heavily on CBT-based skills and self-reflection. I am particularly effective working with those that identify as female of all ages, in addressing stages of life transitions and self-esteem, as I have faced difficulties in those areas myself. I want to see you thrive, and I would be honored to work with you.
