Did you grow up in a family with emotional neglect or abuse that has left you with low self-esteem, people-pleasing tendencies and anxiety? I am a licensed independent clinical social worker specializing in anxiety and trauma. Through building trust and getting curious together you can start to understand your patterns of distress and tap into your own courage, calmness and confidence.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy to help clients heal from anxiety and trauma.
