Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m glad you’re here. Insight from a nurturing therapeutic relationship can guide you on your path toward self-compassion, resilience, and emotional well-being. I have deep respect for the therapeutic process, and for you as you work to create a life you’re proud of.

As a dance/movement therapist, I offer a holistic and embodied approach to therapy that draws upon your inherent wisdom and strength. My expansive experience working with children, families and adults has taught me the importance of nurturing the inner child that lives in us all. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and complications stemming from childhood trauma.

I offer counseling services in-person in Watertown, MA and virtually via telehealth. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see if you think we are a good fit for each other. I look forward to hearing from you, and supporting you on your healing path.
