Finding a therapist who really understands you can make all the difference. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and accepted for who you are. My goal is to create a space where you can drop the mask and work through what’s holding you back—with compassion, humor, and zero judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build the tools to move forward.

As a trauma-focused therapist, I use EMDR, TF-CBT, and other trauma models to help kids, teens, and adults feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives. I work closely with parents using evidence-based strategies to strengthen connections and support your child’s growth at home. I’m also passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming care—everyone deserves a space that feels inclusive.

You don’t have to face everything on your own. Let’s work together to figure out what healing looks like for you.
