PsychForward CBT
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
- Psychologists
Our ideal client is an adult (18+) navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, or trauma who is ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful, sustainable changes. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, yet remain motivated to gain a greater sense of control and alignment with their values.
At PsychForward CBT, we utilize an evidence-based, empirically supported approach grounded in the scientist–practitioner model. We integrate ongoing assessment, clinical expertise, and current research to inform individualized treatment planning. Our work is collaborative, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as the primary framework to build insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, modify behaviors, and develop practical skills that promote lasting change. Our style is warm, compassionate, and goal-oriented, fostering a safe and empowering therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
We specialize in empirically supported treatments for anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, and trauma. Each intervention is selected and tailored to fit the client’s unique presentation, ensuring that therapeutic strategies are grounded in research while also responsive to individual needs. Many clients begin therapy unsure of where to start; we offer a structured, supportive process to clarify what’s not working and identify clear, actionable steps toward meaningful progress.
In addition to psychotherapy, we offer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments designed to evaluate cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning. These evaluations can help identify learning differences, attention challenges, and other factors affecting academic or daily performance. Assessment results provide a clear understanding of strengths and areas of growth, along with tailored, evidence-based recommendations and strategies to enhance functioning across educational, occupational, and personal domains.
