Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
Proximity Wellness is a modern, supportive mental health practice designed for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out and want practical help that actually fits real life.
Many of the clients we work best with are adults who struggle with focus, organization, motivation, anxiety, mood changes, or feeling mentally exhausted by work, school, or daily responsibilities. Some are high-functioning on the outside but feel like they are constantly falling behind on the inside. Others are navigating ADHD, life transitions, stress, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.
Here, we believe mental health care should be collaborative, respectful, and straightforward. We take time to listen, understand your experience, and create a plan that is tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you function better, feel more confident, and regain a sense of control in your life.
We offer in-person and telehealth services in a calm, judgment-free setting. Appointments are focused, efficient, and centered on your goals. Whether you are seeking clarity, support, or medication management as part of a broader treatment plan, we aim to make the process clear, supportive, and empowering.
If you are looking for a provider who values transparency, collaboration, and practical progress, Proximity Wellness may be a good fit for you
