Welcome to Prolific Health Programs, LLC. (PHP) We are a behavioral health agency, servicing clients located in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our approach is to provide holistic care to children, adolescents, adults & families diagnosed with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our mission is to provide our clients with mental health education. and services that will enhance their vocational, social, and intellectual skills needed to integrate back into their communities. We provide therapy, counseling, community resources, support, wellness opportunities, independent living, and social inclusion needed to restore and rehabilitate one's self-actualization.
