“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” -John Green
The way we think truly affects how we function in our day to day lives. When we get so stuck in our thoughts, we can forget how far we have come to get to where we are today. We may lose sight of our strengths, our willpower, our motivation to strive for the life we deserve and are worthy to have. As your therapist, it is my goal to help restore that hope in your life. Deciding that you may need a little extra help is a courageous step to take and I welcome you to your safe space.
Together we will work to identify and acknowledge your strengths while implementing new/old coping skills to promote a better wellbeing and quality of life. I provide a space that is warm, empathetic and non-judgmental. A space you can feel at ease to be vulnerable and work on finding your true self and the life you aspire to have.
My belief is that anyone with the courage to seek guidance to better themselves has the ability to attain a fulfilled life in both their personal lives and in their relationships. You are worthy of the life you wish to have. I hope to help navigate you in through all of life's challenges.
