We're a team of therapists in Princeton, NJ, who work with college and graduate students and faculty navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, academic and achievement pressure, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Whether you have been struggling for some time or something has recently become more difficult, therapy can offer a place to better understand what you are experiencing and find a way forward.
Our approach is warm, thoughtful, and highly individualized. Our therapists bring rigorous clinical training and genuine engagement to their work and are trained in several approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and integrative therapies. This breadth allows us to thoughtfully connect you with a therapist whose expertise and style are well suited to your needs.
We offer in-person therapy at our Princeton offices, as well as virtual appointments.
