I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and take a client-centered approach to address emotional distress, mood disorders, anxiety, chronic illness, eating and weight-related issues, and more. I also encourage mindfulness-based strategies and utilize expressive therapies like art and writing. As an immigrant, I value understanding each client's unique cultural background to provide strengths-based, solution-focused strategies for managing life’s stressors. My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive and affirming.
