Welcome to Premier Health & Performance. We are proud to offer Wellness and Psychiatry Services in Oconee County and Stephens County through our site offices, as well as in other areas throughout the State of Georgia via Telehealth.
Our Oconee office is located on Mars Hill Road at The Summit Executive Office Park, between Highway 78 and Highway 316.
Our Stephens County office is located on 843 Falls Rd, two blocks from Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa, GA.
