Praxis Relationship Therapy
Finding your footing in college isn't always easy, especially when relationships, identity, family and friendship dynamics, or mental health start to feel overwhelming. At Praxis Relationship Therapy, I work with college and graduate students, and young adults who want to better understand themselves and build healthier, more secure relationships.
I specialize in relationship concerns (dating, breakups, communication, intimacy), adult child-parent relationship dynamics including adult children of emotionally immature parents, adult ADHD, and major life transitions like adjusting to college or navigating independence.
Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns, struggling to connect, ot trying to make sense of your emotions and thoughts, therapy can be a space to slow down and figure things out, with support and structure.
As a Turkish-American therapist who came to the U.S. as an international student in 2016, I deeply understand the challenges of cultural adjustment, identity, and belonging. I offer therapy in both English and Turkish, and strive to create an inclusive, culturally responsive space where all backgrounds and identities are welcomed and respected.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in research. At Praxis Relationship Therapy, we don't just talk about your relationships, we work on them!
