I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia . In my practice I have addressed concerns regarding depression, anxiety, and life transitional issues.
My practice also includes caring for family members diagnosed with dementia, or Alzheimer’s, grief, and bereavement matters. I earned my Bachelor degree in Social Work from North Carolina Central University, and my Masters in Social Work from North Carolina A& T State University, and UNC Greensboro University.
I utilize the following theoretical Approaches Cognitive Behavior, Ecological Model, Strength Base Approach, Supportive Counseling, talk therapy and grief work to address bereavement and Grief.
I would like to work with you and show you how to live, learn, and in time, Grow from great loss, to feeling empowered.
