Positive Psychology Inc.
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Counselors
- Psychologists
We are proudly QTBIPOC psychologists catering to diverse needs of all! We provide trauma-informed strength based therapy. We believe each person has potential to grow and become happier at any age, through difficult circumstances. Our ultimate focus in therapy would be to increase fulfillment in life, not to merely eliminate "symptoms." The source of your happiness and your journey to get in touch with happiness are unique to you. We have worked extensively with people who struggled with various challenges.
Such challenges include the grieving process for deceased loved ones, losses, depression, relationship/communication problems, trauma (racism, transphobia, sexual assault, perinatal loss, birth trauma, combat trauma, abuse, traffic accident, etc.), panic attacks, excessive worrying, compulsions, death and dying, physical illnesses, parenting/grandparenting, unresolved childhood issues, and cultural issues.
Yes, life poses obstacles. We can make your life more fulfilled, joyful, and meaningful.
We welcome diversity and support the LGBTQIA+ community. Spanish (Ofrecemos psicoterapia en español), Japanese (日本語で診療致しております。), and English services are available.
