Positive Directions is an outpatient mental health agency that has a variety of different clinicians to meet your mental health needs. Our clinicians have different specialty areas and professional backgrounds including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, school stress, life adjustments, trauma, addiction, self-esteem and identity, and grief and loss. We accept all major insurances, and we also provide a sliding scale and access to our Treatment Fund for those who have difficulty affording counseling services.
