Utilizing holistic, trauma informed, and person centered therapy approaches, Portal Wellness seeks to nurture a culture of connection through cultivating personal and collective healing for a more liberatory world.

We specialize in complex trauma, Neurodiversity, and Queerness! However, whatever you might be struggling with we have someone for you.

Please do not let finances be a barrier, we have sliding scale and pro bono spaces, we take many insurances, and can try to work with out of network insurance as well.
