Suffering from anxiety can be like falling into quicksand—the more you fight it, the deeper you sink. Do you feel lost in your struggle with anxiety or find it difficult articulate how you are feeling? Perhaps you tend to take care of others but can’t figure out how to take care of yourself? I believe you have the power within to change your life story and psychotherapy is the tool to help you lift yourself up. Imagine being the author and the main character in your life story, with the ability to create change and move towards a more meaningful life.

Narrative therapists like me use stories as a vehicle for healing, as the way we all experience life is largely defined by our own internal narrative. Sometimes, other people or negative events can write chapters in our life’s story. My goal is, through open and trusting dialogue, to help you reauthor your story, take control of your narrative, and heal.

I know personally how vulnerable it can be to look for help. That’s why I bring optimism, hope, perseverance, and compassion to my clinical work and will walk alongside you in your journey to greater insight, self-awareness, and growth. I am currently accepting new clients, so when you are ready, reach out and see if we would be a good fit to work together!
