Podolski Psychiatry PLLC
I am a psychiatrist, with board certifications from ABPN in both, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Prior to pursuing my psychiatry career, I worked as a general physician in primary care, an experience that taught me skills I still use today. Practicing psychiatry since 2012, I have worked with patients with diverse diagnoses, particularly individuals suffering with Eating Disorders. If you are struggling, I would like to help you.
My approach to medicine is integrative, including in my treatment plans elements like nutrition, psychotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and others. I offer psychiatric assessments and medication management, which will be done with careful consideration of the patient as a whole. I emphasize collaboration with the patient's treatment team in my practice.
I am here for you. I can help you move forward, and improve your emotional well-being. I am licensed in the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Please call the office for further information.
