Are you ready to change how you feel and break old, unhealthy patterns? Perhaps you feel confused and defeated in your existing relationships or you lost a loved one? If you are dealing with painful and traumatic past experiences and are unsure where to start your healing process, I am honored to be a part of your healing journey. My aim in therapy is to create a warm, caring, and secure environment where you can develop a profound sense of self-awareness and understanding. I feel incredibly humbled to support you in your journey of clarity, self-awareness, and self-fulfillment.

By utilizing collaborative methods and evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, ACT, and IPT, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of adults facing various life struggles, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and issues related to low confidence.

I believe that we all possess inner strength, and sometimes we need a little assistance to reach our highest potential. I also offer ADHD and psychological testing for adolescents and adults. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions at my office in Zionsville. For more information, please visit my website and feel free to reach out via email. Thank you.
