Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors
  • Licensed Professional Counselors

We specialize in treating OCD and anxiety, helping people get unstuck from patterns that feel overwhelming and hard to control. We’re a virtual practice built around structured, research-driven care—combining proven treatments with thoughtful, tech-assisted tools to support you between sessions.

We’re an especially strong fit for young adults (18–39) who feel caught in repetitive anxiety loops—often when Obsessions, Compulsions, Panic & Anxiety start taking up more space and interfering with daily life.

You might notice:

➤Intrusive thoughts or rumination that won’t let up
➤A sense of dread or “something’s wrong” feeling
➤ Checking, avoiding or needing things to feel “just right”
➤Perfectionism or pressure to get things exactly right
➤Fears of contamination, health, or losing control
➤Urges like hair pulling or skin picking that are hard to stop
➤Panic or your body going into overdrive
➤Moments of feeling disconnected or “not yourself”
➤Fear of “going crazy"

Most people we work with have tried to think their way out of this without much long term success. That’s where structured, treatment approaches come in. Our virtual-only program delivers interactive, time limited and structured approaches for measurable, lasting results.

➤Exposure Response Prevention (ERP is the gold standard for OCD and anxiety symptoms. ERP helps you face fears and reduce compulsions

➤Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for patterns like hair pulling or skin picking

➤Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to change how you relate to thoughts and feelings

➤Behavioral Activation (BA) to rebuild momentum and reduce avoidance

With consistent work, many clients notice fewer mental loops, less urgency around compulsions, and more confidence handling anxiety within a few weeks.

Our goal is to help you step out of the patterns that keep you stuck. To learn more about our treatment program reach out today!
