Career well-being. Phil works with persons who want to experience satisfaction, purpose and meaning in their work. High school students who are confused about their future. College students who are unsure and confused about the academic and vocational path they’re on. Adults who feel stuck in a job that's boring and lacks challenge.
Phil is an avid runner and has been for the past 25 years. This, coupled with his focus on diet and nutrition, has enabled him to successfully manage his own health conditions. The changes he has made to his lifestyle over the past 25 years have been integral to his own sense of well-being.
