Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

As a result of my experience and training, I have come to believe that making connections with others in order to form meaningful, healthy relationships is one of the most enduring and basic needs we have as human beings. I strive to help my clients improve how they feel about themselves through evidence based interventions that assist them in becoming more able to connect with others. By developing a better understanding of themselves and their environment, I aim to help my clients become their best possible selves
In order to help my clients learn to care for themselves and connect to others, I use a combination of mindfulness based cognitive therapy, psychoanalysis, and dialectic behavioral therapy in an environment of compassion, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.
I have experience working with people of all ages on many issues including addiction, developmental and intellectual disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and behavioral challenges.
