Licensed Mental Health Counselor, PhD, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 12 days ago

I appreciate how difficult the decision can be to engage in therapy and believe in the power of having a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore the challenges life often brings. As a therapist, I am committed to being genuine and authentic with my clients. I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clinical issues including grief, relational problems, self-injury, suicide, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and other issues that can create disconnection to oneself and others. I can be an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies and can submit claims on your behalf. In my personal life, I enjoy being outdoors and engaging in physical activities, such as running, biking, cross fit, and boxing. I believe in the importance of having a healthy work-life balance and practicing self-care. I enjoy mindfulness activities, such as meditation and other body-centered practices that help increase awareness.
