Psychologist, Ph.D.
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a Taiwanese immigrant, cis-woman, mother of a bi-racial kid, and licensed psychologist in New York State. I earned my Ph.D. from Columbia University and had post-doctoral training at University of Pennsylvania.

My practice provides therapy for adults facing challenges around stress, anxiety, eating concerns/body image, relationships, and significant life transitions. I am very passionate about supporting clients to navigate different cultural values and bias, with the goal to liberate themselves from systemic barriers and live fully.

Working from a strength-based approach, I hold a balance of helping clients gain insights and learn practical skills to make meaningful changes in their life now. My clients have described me as engaging, warm, empowering, and candid.

My clients have succeeded in feeling more confident, resilient, flexible, and skilled in managing life’s ups and downs and building meaningful relationships.
