I have been in the social work and mental health field for over 25 years. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My goal is to provide clients with a safe environment that we can work together to reach their goals and decrease their stressors. I utilize different modalities including but not limited to CBT and Motivational interviewing. Treatment and our sessions are based on each individual’s needs, goals and comfort level.
