I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - Qualified Supervisor in the State of North Carolina with experience working with clients with a wide variety of concerns, which consist of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and alternative lifestyles.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and rational-emotive perspectives. I believe in expressing empathy, warmth, and genuineness in our sessions to help build trust.

It takes courage to seek therapy and to make positive changes in life. If you are ready for this, I am here for you.
