Pauline Wan
My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic and holistic. I have over 25 years of experience helping a very diverse clientele to overcome obstacles in life and to achieve emotional wellness and life goals. I encourage clients to use crisis as a way to open up opportunities for changes and growth. I help clients to understand how challenges can be avenues for healthier and richer life. I believe in the interconnection between physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I worked in a college campus environment for many years and understand the difficulties encountered by college age individuals.
