Hello, I'm Pauline. With over 25 years of experience working with diverse populations, I am currently dedicated to helping adults of all ages navigate their mental health journeys. My career has taken me across several states, including Massachusetts, Arizona, and Alaska, where I have practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Though my roots are in Massachusetts, I now reside in Escondido, CA, offering my services through video platforms like SonderMind. I am still licensed in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

I pride myself on being open, honest, and easy to talk to. As a mother of two adult daughters, raised with the support of my family, I understand the complexities of balancing personal and professional life. My journey has led me to embrace a more holistic approach to mental health, incorporating herbal and alternative medicine options to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. I believe that while some diagnoses may require medication, many mental health challenges can be addressed through counseling and understanding the triggers behind them.
