Hello, I'm Paul. Are you looking to reset a relationship, resolve conflict, or gain satisfaction? Do you need to get a handle on your stress level, feel more grounded, and less anxious? Or are you suffering from depression or other mental illness?

I am an experienced clinician with an MSW and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification. I have worked with individuals and couples to help them achieve better mental health and emotional balance. My approach involves using traditional psychotherapeutic techniques such as CBT, Behavior Modification, and Cognitive Therapy to relieve symptoms and help clients reset a positive path forward.

I became a clinician because I believe that empathy, positive regard, and honesty are essential in helping others. Over the years, I have worked in various settings in the fields of health and mental health, providing individual, marital, and family therapy to adults. Additionally, I have experience as a medical social worker and geriatric care manager, offering creative solutions for problems associated with illness and the aging process.

My specialties include working with clients dealing with dementia, anxiety, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, OCD, sex/intimacy issues, intimate/romantic relationships, depression, family relationships, addiction, phobias, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions.

I believe that therapy is about listening effectively, providing constructive feedback, and helping unpack complicated situations to examine options and pick the best path forward. There are no right or wrong choices, only what makes sense and works for you.

I have the training and knowledge to help make sense of painful and stressful issues. I look forward to connecting with you and starting our journey to better health and understanding.
