Welcome! I’m Paul Dohearty, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri. I specialize in working with adults, couples, and polycules navigating challenges around sexual identity, sexual practices, and various sexual issues. Together, we’ll work to formulate a plan that aligns with your unique goals and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I take a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy, combining my lived experiences with academic knowledge to guide my clients toward a place of understanding, growth, and empowerment.
