Growing into adulthood means building new parts of yourself while also facing the impact of earlier life stressors. College and grad school bring both at once: new independence, academic pressure, new relationships, and distance from family.

I have over 20 years of experience working with young adults. I hold advanced certification in schema therapy, which helps you recognize long-standing life patterns (schemas) and the states you shift into when they're triggered (modes). Learning to understand and manage these in young adulthood can be transformative.

I am also certified in clinical hypnosis, which I use particularly to build self-confidence and to heal the effects of childhood needs that went unmet.

In addition, I am a certified attachment-based family therapist (ABFT). When family relationships are part of what's hard, whether that's conflict, distance, or feeling unable to talk with your parents, ABFT helps you and your family repair trust and have the conversations that haven't been possible.

Across all of my work, the goal is the same: a stronger sense of self, better ways of managing stress, and the confidence to grow into the adult you want to be.
