Patty Ciampi
Do you need some extra support? Want to work through concerns? Are you contemplating making a change? I'd like to help. My counseling approach may vary based on your needs and the goals of our work together. I can be supportive, encouraging, and direct but also realize the importance of humor and being able to laugh. I have over twenty years experience providing mental health counseling in schools, residential settings, and inpatient and outpatient counseling centers. I have worked with clients who are struggling with a transition/change, experiencing depression, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges.
I understand that life can be difficult and that often we find ourselves facing unwanted challenges and struggles. The decision to start therapy can be difficult, but empowering. I like to support my clients in overcoming their problems and being the person they want to be.
