Patsy Iannico, LMHC
Are you used to being the one who holds it all together for everyone else? Whether you are a high achieving student feeling the crushing weight of perfectionism or a caregiver supporting a family member through chronic illness, it is exhausting to always be on. I understand that even the strongest people need a safe place to land. I provide a warm, inviting space where you can finally drop the mask and focus on your own needs. My goal is to help you move past burnout and build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and truly yours.
I specialize in navigating the confusing years of emerging adulthood and the major life transitions that define this phase. I am particularly passionate about supporting the strong ones who struggle with social anxiety or the constant pressure to perform. We work on releasing the need to be perfect so you can find comfort in your own identity. If you are a caregiver for a loved one with a mental or chronic illness, I offer a space where your experiences are prioritized. With a strong background in Substance Use Disorders, I also provide a non-judgmental environment to explore your relationship with substances and develop healthier ways to manage pain.
My approach is rooted in genuine empathy and immediate rapport. I do not believe in stiff, clinical interactions that feel like a lecture. Instead, we work as a collaborative partnership to help you release the weight you have been carrying. We focus on building the resilience you need to stop over-functioning and start living with a sense of groundedness. You do not have to wait for a crisis to ask for support or earn your right to feel better. Let us work together to find a path forward that feels lighter and more empowered.
*Insurance & Fees* I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Quest Behavioral Health, and Northwell Direct. For all other major insurance companies, I am an out of network provider.
