Patsy Iannico, LMHC
Are you used to being the one who holds it all together for everyone else? Whether you are a high-achieving student feeling the crushing weight of perfectionism, or a caregiver supporting a family member with a chronic or mental illness, it is exhausting to always be "on." I understand that even the strongest people need a safe place to land.
I offer a warm, inviting space where you can finally drop the mask. My goal is to help you move past burnout and build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and truly yours.
I specialize in navigating the confusing years of Emerging Adulthood and major life transitions. I am particularly passionate about supporting:
- The "Strong Ones": If you struggle with social anxiety or the pressure to perform, we will work on releasing the need to be perfect and finding comfort in just being yourself.
- Caregivers: If you are supporting a family member with a mental or chronic illness, I offer a space where your needs finally come first.
- Those Seeking New Ways to Cope: With a strong background in Substance Use Disorders, I understand the complex ways people cope with pain. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with substances and find healthier ways to heal.
My approach is rooted in genuine empathy and immediate rapport. I don’t believe in stiff, clinical interactions. Instead, we will work together to help you release the weight you’ve been carrying and find a path forward that feels lighter and more grounded.
