My Background and Approach: I am an outpatient therapist, who identifies as non-binary, with two master's degrees in Cinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, where the therapeutic relationship is a partnership, we may use a combination of DBT, CBT, SFBT, and/or Art Therapy in individual therapy virtually. Through utilizing the creative process, I encourage you to engage in your own self-improvement base on your chosen goals, objectives, and themes of exploration.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests: I believe that we are all doing the best that we can with the information and awareness we hold in our mind, body, and spirit, through experience, biology and from generations passed down. When we gain more clarity and awareness through self-expression and creativity our ability to change is greater.
