I have been working with college students, both traditional- and non-traditional-aged, for many years. I previously worked at the Student Health and Counseling Center at Goucher College and more recently, I worked at the UMBC Counseling Center as an Assistant Director and Training Director for doctoral psychology training programs. My goal is to assist students in identifying their strengths and effective coping patterns - and introduce healthy new ones - to help them with whatever issue or challenge they are currently facing. I have experience working with students with depression, anxiety, body image and eating concerns, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and adjustment/transition problems. I have day-time, in-person appointments at my office on Key Highway, across from the Baltimore Museum of Industry.
